The Breast Cancer Risk Assessment uses simple questions about your health, your family history, and your lifestyle to determine the chance or probability of you developing this disease. It doesn't mean you will. What it does mean is that current scientific research indicates that the health characteristics you exhibit today when answering these questions are shared by persons who develop breast cancer.

Diet & Lifestyle

Do you eat 5 or more servings of fruits and vegetables every day?
Are you overweight?
Do you take birth control pills?
Do you take hormonal replacement therapy?
Is your waist circumference greater than 35"?
Do you exercise 2-3 times per week for at least 1 hour (i.e. vigorous walking, biking, hiking, aerobics)?
